Medical Students from Norway
The medical students from Norway are coming from the Universtity in Oslo. This is a close cooperation or collabiration with The Rikshospitalet in oslo, and the two people responsible for this program is first of all Prof. Dr. Babill Stray Pedersen and Dr. Vinod Mishra.
These students are comming in january and December, and this year (2008) in August also.
They mix well with the other staff here, and they do a good job in the clinic. And they learn a lot also.
After the time here, they have to write a big paper, something about the "things" they see or work with here, mostly about mother and child. |

Scholar-ship Program
This program is paid by private people / members in the Methodist Church in Norway. We have at present (Apr. 2008) about 200 children and youth supported in different schools.
These children are from all religions and casts, and the only thing is, they should be in need of it.
Lately we have been taking more children from families affected by HIV/AIDS. Some are HIV+ them selves also.
Mostly the children are from Mursan or the surrounding villages, but some are from other places also, scattered all over India, in fact.
