Just wanted to show you a few pictures from today, as it was a HIV Camp in Chandaus Block, and we also have had Medical Students from Naval University, Cubeq, Canada.
This has been sort of a tradition and they come every year, this time they were 6, and they seems to like coming here.
Today we had agood HIV testing Camp in Chandaus Block. It was in a village with name Hursna, were about 1000 people live. On the HIV Camp it came 80 people, and a total of 52 people were tested, 12 men and 40 women.

As you all know that we have a integrated counseling and testing center (ICTC) at our hospital in mursan.our male councelor Mr Ahok kumar has gone to shimla for 12 day training for ICTC arranged by U.P state AIDs control society.A few days back Dr B.M Das WHO consultant for TB in INDIA also visited our hospital and praised our work in field of tuberculosis . We have been given awareness projects for TB in our district , for which we have strated work also.

We should have told you here that we have got registration as ICTC from Indian Government. This means that we have been upgraded as Counseling and Testing Center on HIV/AIDS. This is a very big thing for us, and by getting this, our patients can now be sent directly to othert treatment centres from us etc. We will get free tests on HIV etc., also ans posters etc. This happend on June 29th. 2009.
Today it is Sunday 12. July, and we have also got back Rev. Sylvester Massey as pastor monthly here, and we are happy about this.
