28 sep was a historic day for us as it was inaugration of ICTC . Honourable Bishop S.S singh with his wife and Dr Sundram and his wife came from Delhi to attend the program.DS Sylvester messay and DTO were also present along with other guests .General secretory Rev Mrs Tove Odland came all the way from Norway to attend the program
chief guest Mr Rameshwar Upadhya representative of Minisitry of power cut the ribbon to inaugurate the function. He also assured us full support of Govt for our instiute. it was very good program see some pictures
