*In Mursan it means in practical that it is counselling on all levels, not only for HIV, but all sort, tuberculosis, in pregnacy etc.
We have two HIV Counsellors, one female and one male. See in the "Our People folder".
Testing are done at all times, and therefore we also have well trained laboratory staff.
Otherwise we have about 70 HIV+ patients coming regularly for treatment and counselling, and this means a lot for these people, that they can come here for help etc. The Support group for the HIV+ patients are an important activity. Read about that also.
We have a close and good cooperation with the local government, and we get regularly poster, medicines and testing material from Uttar Pradeh AIDS Society in Lucknow. |
